Shipping charges for deliveries outside of Indonesia will be quoted via email within 3 business days of your order or request.
For furniture shipment to Indonesia, please inform your full address via WhatsApp chat or contact so we can quote the shipping costs from Denpasar to your city in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Depok, Bogor, Semarang, Jogja, Solo, Malang, etc).
2. Home Decor or small items
For small items such as home decor, can be sent via JNE, Lion Parcel, or Tiki.
B. International
To place an international shipping order, place your order online as normal. After you place your order, you will be contacted by email with a shipping quote for you to approve. You can also check for the price range of shipping to your country.
After you place your order and approve any related shipping quote charges, you will be contacted by Customer Service via email with the details on how to arrange payment. Please note that we are not responsible for any wire transfer fees or related charges.
Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees, or any other internationally-related charges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
- We don’t take responsibility and guarantee all goods will be received in time even customers use the express shipping. Since we use a third-party courier service, some problems might occur such as an incomplete address, traffic shipment, etc. To deal with the delay problem, customer can contact their customer service.
- The customer’s order only will be processed once we received the invoiced full amount transfer (including shipping fees). Please note that we are unable to process the order if a problem occurred regarding the payment.
- We are not responsible for the risk of loss of the packages after the packages have been picked up by courier service.
- We are not responsible if the courier can’t deliver the packages due to an incomplete address, misspelled address, or no recipient at the address.
- However, If there is any problem regarding these issues, we will be glad to help you.
- No orders can be canceled after shipped.
Different Shipping Address
If you have another delivery address besides your member address, you may add an additional delivery address once after you submit checkout. You can also add by click addresses to your account.
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Please make sure you have your package sent to a secure address. Thank you for understanding. If you have a package that was marked as delivered but was not received, please contact your local post office.
